I HAVE NEVER PURCHASED ONLINE BEFORE - IS IT SAFE?
The APEX Online Store does not require payment by credit card. Once the order has been raised and forwarded to APEX the customer will be contacted and method of payment agreed upon.
HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER
This is easy, once you have registered you can place an order online by browsing through our product department. Click on an item and ‘Add to Cart’. Continue shopping for additional products or view cart to proceed to check out. Please note bulk drop orders attract a lower price, so advise us of your usage and requirements. Prices can be negotiated for 6 months.
HOW DO I ADD ITEMS TO MY SHOPPING CART?
After you 'Add to cart', the items will be placed in your shopping cart until you check out. You can review your cart anytime by clicking on the 'Cart Contents/Checkout' button. To remove anything from your shopping cart, click on 'remove' and then update.
HOW DO I CHECKOUT?
Checking out is easy: Go to 'Cart contents/Checkout' to review your order.
POSTING, EMAILING OR FAXING ORDER
Simply fill out the order form or email sales@apexsales.com.au. Anytime, 7 days a week.
HOW DO I PAY FOR MY ORDER?
Depending on the agreement arranged with the customer payment will made either by credit card, direct bank deposit, COD or cheque. We do open trading accounts for customers that meet our criteria.
HOW CAN I BE SURE MY ORDER WENT THROUGH?
When we receive your order, you will receive an e-mail confirmation usually within minutes. If you do not receive an e-mail call us on 0416 692 077 before placing another order.
